Third field trip to uordugan farm description

On Tuesday 26^th June 2012, we (all the intern students) ,with Enj Mr.Ahmadian, Enj .Mr. Jasim, teacher Ms .Maliko, Ms.Sadiqi and Ms.  Baselj had a field trip to uordugan farm. This started from 7:00 am up to 3:00pm.

on  the morning, all of us gathered to presentation place in Help at 7:00 am, and then the chief of the PHDF started his lecture by aim of the researcher farm in Heart. He told about the controlling of water and plants by cultivating in different seasons according its kinds and types. He mentioned that we import good seeds from the foreign countries then crossed them by internal seeds to have high quality products.

After that, Enj.Mr. Qasimi, the manager of that farm, lectured about the importance of vegetables to our body according of its vitamins, Asides, oil and some bacteria which are so benefit for human body and usage of them in daily. The other one that was also an agriculture‘s Enj told about the kinds of fruits especially apples, grapes, cherries and peaches. He added that it will take 5years times to have different kind of varieties from a kind of fruit.

It was 8:00 am that we served breakfast and went to the uordugan farm in order to see the types of fruits and vegetables.

At 9:00 a.m we arrived in the farm, there were so many lands that were cultivated many different things. First of all we saw the lands of cultivating different kinds of wets. Then we looked at the tomatoes and others vegetable lands. It was 11:00 that we went to see the fruits ‘trees.

Enj. Mr .Qasimi explained the farm step by step. A very fantastic thing that I saw was the cherries ‘trees. They cut them down up to 70m high and hung them   small cans on each branch in order to have short trees with more products and high qualities fruits with no disorder branches.

Also the other trees were like them but they cover the apples on each braches with a soft scarf in order to keep them from the birds’ attack. For more, there were some facilities to check and know the weather condition.

The weather was so hot at 12:00, after serving cold drinking we left there and went to the Darya restaurant.  It was a nice place and its food was so dililosuses .after refreshing we went to the salon of   

Jahad in baq melat, but unfortunately we stayed there for half a hours outside of that salon because they didn’t let us to go inside without the before awareness, however Ms.sadiqi made aware the salon’s controller, by the way, we went inside and saw the murder pictures and sightseeing of war .the sight mad me sad, our country really have a bad history during many years war. It was 3:00 p m that all retuned back.

At end ,I learned a lot about the caltivating of the vegtables , how to cultivate the them in order to have more products , and how to keep our inviroment nice by  caltivating of trees that cases to have a clean  weather and green inviroment with kinds of fruits , plants …and so on .

So It was the last fild trip of us ,Ii is imoprtant to thank all who have hand and done  something for passing it useful and successfully .

The first seminar of office duties managers

In 10 june2012 the first seminar for mangers, about the office duties, was presented by research and evaluation section of education dept in Heart for five days. There were attended about 38 managers, male and female, from the different schools. It was from the 8:00a m up to 3:00p.m. Ti was focused on introducing different books in an office and how to use them and also about some rules between the education dept and schools.

This seminar was opened by Mr. Tahery the representative of Education Dept. It started by reciting of holy Quran by one of the school‘s manager. After that Mrs. bahbud zadah the representative of research and evaluation section told about the back ground of the education dept and its sections during many period .then Mr . shayq on of the manager in research and evaluation dept ,Lectured about the office’s  books and its usage of them .there is a link of the books ‘introducing ……
There for, Ms. Hosainy, who is intern student in the Help and introduced there as a cooperative and learner to this section, monitored the seminar by preparing the presentation according an organized plane for all lectured. And for break she also were presenting about environment through the nice slides.

On the fourth day Mr. Qafury, also one of the managers on that section lectured about the format of the office books and gave them note about some important point of the usage of them.
And on the fifth day, the representative of accounting section of education dept lectured about the budget and its files for all. These five days, all the groups   served the lunch in yas restaurant.
I am a person, who was the monitoring and organizer of this seminar, has an idea. If like this seminar be for all schools ‘manager in Heart, it would be so effective because there are many manager who are less awareness of their duties and do not do it as well as they should do or the education dept has expected them to do .
Being close attention of the government, high position of gov, and ministry of Education on  planning  like this for all manager and schools personal ‘ offices., by this the education would be developed day by day . At end I am thank to Mr. saraj the one, who is one of the wallayet personals , for  supporting of it throughout the JRS.

Second field trip description

In the name of Allah

On Tuesday 5^th march 2012 we, the intern student with some of our teachers from the HELP, had a field trip in industrial township of Herat in order to visit chamber of commerce. This field trip was from 8:00am up to 3:00pm.

In view of fact, all of us came to gather in the class, where we study very day, to go to the industrial town ship. According of an organized manage plan, we visited to five industrial commerce. First of all we went to Arianna Afghan Company and Mr. Molaway Zadah Deputy of industrial dept told about the historical back ground of that place and presented some information to all. He added this industrial town ship is built in 1381 by suggesting of positions and Amir Saheb M.Ismail khan, the last guardian of Herat province, with fundamental of 800 m2 land. So this commerce built and started to produce their products and continuing up to now.

  He also added about the lack of governmental corporation on open space of production and its expanding to Bazaar that would be causes of economical swelling and weakness of companies .And also this is an obstacle for improving of industrial, as far as the developing of a country related to its internal industrials. By finishing his speech we served fresh fruit.

It was about 11:00am that we left there in mean of going to Oweysan Company. There were many workers that everyone was busy on his special duty on making (steam) boiler, pot and… etc from the upper.

Unfortunately we faced to some workers, who didn’t keep up their appearances by wearing maxes and special uniforms. They have bosses to control their work. Their products were good after the packages they send to bazaar for selling.  

Then we went to the shigofabahar company, we visited the laboratory and the processing of making the washing materials. The representative of company introduced the products, he mentioned that we    Import the raw material from the other Countries because we don’t have them inside the country. Something that made me happy was                

 Active participating of women on this company that most of them were youths. As far as Afghanistan was damaged during each decade especially during of Taliban, most of the women became far away of education, improving, arts …and so on. Now it pays a good ground for their developing in each part that they wished to do, in other hand most of our people are facing by poverty and hunger. It may help them through their life.

It was 1:00 and there were left two companies to go, one was the Ansary Company and the other was Heray Ansar plastic company.  Two of them are working on the same materials but their products are different. One produces pipes and plastics the other produces the facilities.

It was a time to eat some thing. All became hungry so we went to Darya restaurant that was reserved by HELP staff. It was about 2:00 pm. we ate the lunch after that walked around for a few because it had a nice sightseeing  and left at 3:00 through our house by the bus that rented by HELP.  

At end  I, Zahra Hosainy wants to thank all people who are working and participating on this project, I hope more success through their life. As we passed the first fild trip more informative also we found the second (this one) like that. It was so effective. These field trips may add to our experiences through our life.Because getting familiar to, (how to manage our time, work and responsibilities, being in group and keep our environment that be effective )help us to live better and do our responsibilities as well as our country really need .
