One of my highest accomplishments in my life was achieving a university degree. There were many challenges in order to achieve this goal successfully. First of all, during my four year studying in English Dept. for Higher Education, I committed myself to take many extra private courses so that I could better impact on future generations. This was a great experience not only in field of education, but also in field of leadership and management of class. My second challenge was access to a computer to develop my computer skills. Paying for education was very difficult for my family but I was determined to find a way to acquire the needed computer skills. During my time of studying, I sewed cloths for my community. This not only helped to support my education, but I also learned the importance in working with a variety of people, leadership, business, and communication. Financed by this small business, I was able to pass my education and to take computer courses. Finally I was able to experience a university degree .
I have grown in self confidence over the past four years. I had passed my primary and Secondary school very successfully. I took the entrance exam, and after receiving good marks, I was admitted to the English Dept. of Herat University. This new academic setting have gave me great encouragement to work hard and do my best as I competed against my colleagues for top honors. After my first year of studying, I was granted the ability to teach English in private course. These various achievements gave me the confidence to achieve what many people said I could never do.
so I have just successfully completed all the requirements for a B.A. in education faculty in 2010.since graduation I continued to take individual classes that will further develop my gifts in teaching and social interaction with the people. Professor Dr.Jame Dsbhi taught me research concepts (Social solidarity and Human development). This was a great experience to me during the three months in2010.since my graduation , I have also completed Advance English course for six months in angel center ,so that I may be more effective in my communication skills ,then I was able to participate in Teacher Training Seminar that conducted by JRS. It also was a great chance to me to learn and develop the teaching skills, management of classroom, and leadership .
According of experiences that I had, I was submitted in Riaz private institute. I was a teacher and also a supervisor teacher during the academy year of 2011-2012. Then I trained half a day in Capacity Building Program that conducted by HELP organization for six months, also I learned there alot , it mostly intensived on Good governance , project managment , Finance, leadership in office .Beside that I was working in Education dept. in reseach and evaluating section so that was a good chance to me to increase my talents and add to my expriences as I had worked the same during my B.A degree by a super advisor ,Mr .tariq habibyar ,who was a great master in Edu. faculty .
Thereupon My ambition is to develop students to be successful in their own life goals and develop leader ship in them that can impact on their communities. This goal has been true in my life. I have had the training and education to be successful in my career ambition. I have some experience in teaching others to improve themselves. I also see that there is something more. I desire to use this position in the classroom to lead others to develop their area of influence. It is not enough just to have a good career .my desire is to improve my own culture by investing in the students around me.
In order for me to further develop my skills, my heart‘s desire is to receive a master degree , and PHD. I think This will give me more confidence and credibility to help students and ultimately help my country of Afghanistan.
